A special thank you to you and your team for your intervention in the case between me and a vendor who had refused to replace an item. I had almost given up but went ahead to send a DM to you and you responded swiftly and justice was served. Thank you thank you and thank you all. You have done well. I have renewed faith in the justice system of our Nation. God bless.

I complained about excessive Electricity Bill at the FCCPC forum held in Benin City in November last year and since then have been following up. Two days ago, I received a mail from the concerned Operator that the excessive bills have been reconciled and would be reflected in my next Bill statement. I sincerely appreciate the FCCPC and just wish that every other Regulator in Nigeria does as good as them. Well done to the FCCPC. Emomine Amagre, Benin City.

I wish to express my appreciation to the commission for helping me recover my #300,000 from a merchant that sold me a fake television set and refused to give a refund until the commission stepped in. Anyanwu Camillus C., the head of the Surveillance & Enforcement Department mounted sufficient pressure until the vendor succumbed and gave me the refund I prayed for. Initially, I was doubtful but this victory has restored my confidence in the workability of public services in Nigeria. Thank you.

Thank you so much FCCPC for helping keep away these bullies called Companies, constantly trying to swindle unsuspecting Nigerians. I am extremely appreciative of the way you came in and handled Flutterwave (Barter); and ensured I got my money back in full. Now I know that I can constantly depend on you to fight for me. Thank you again and again.

It is compelling on me to leave a testimonial of this kind, as to the ebullient approach and efficient, effective, effectual and impactful place of the commission on the two complaints I have registered with it. Where it seemed the service providers had thrown me under the bus and made themselves unreachable for engagement, they got back and suck up to it, after my approaching this commission. On both occasions, the results were satisfactory to me in the end.
